As we negotiate, we show the insurance companies and their lawyers that we are going to trial unless they settle and we build a case to convince them that we are going to win. We use photographs, video, witnesses, medical records, and medical experts to build our case. We use our evidence to show them that we are aggressively seeking a large jury award. As we are building our case and negotiating with insurance company, they usually agree to pay and settle the case.

In a small percentage of cases we cannot agree on a settlement. In those cases we are prepared to take the case to trial and will do all we can within the law and consistent with professional ethics to win.
