Reciprocal wills are wills typically for a husband and wife that generally mirror each other in the resolution of the estate. Everything is typically left to the other spouse, with the remainder typically going to children or grandchildren, or some other agreed upon person or entity.
In the technical sense, they should be the same, but wills for spouses can be drawn up differently by the same attorney, so long as there is no conflict of interest between spouses. In other words, many married couples want the same things, and we have experience providing these reciprocal wills to couples in a very cost effective way that will provide years of peace of mind.
